40ml Kakuzo Yuzu Gin liqueur
5ml lemon juice
5ml sugar syrup
Champagne
Mint leaves
Combine Kakuzo, lemon juice and syrup with mint leaves in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes, shake vigorously and double strain into a chilled coupette. Top off with champagne
