Reposados and Añejos are tasted with meticulous detail until the best casks can be selected to make this Cristalino unique. The selection of Añejos and Reposados will leave the casks in which they developed character and maturity in order to be distilled for a third time and in doing so, refine the flavour profile in the most whimsical way, taking care of their character in every detail.
Ancient white oaks have given way to a new story of ageing in our tequila. Tierra Noble’s barrels are made of 75-year-old American white oak and 150-year-old French white oak that print smoothness and aromas to our tequila that sits in tranquillity, breathing and enhancing through every oak stave, while it gently ages thanks to the cold temperatures in the barrel cellars and the unstoppable pass of time.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Strong character with sweet and fruity notes of green apple, a discreet presence of cooked agave and a light chocolate sparkle.
Palate: Well-balanced with notes of citrus, spices, clove, fruity and a vanilla-butter finish. Silky, smooth with long permanence on the palate; fresh notes linger in the aftertaste combined with the tertiary notes of wood.
