Nose: Orange Peel, Caramel, and Anise, with notes of Tobacco & Charred Oak
Palate: Bold, with Rye Spice and Toffee, followed by hints of Vanilla and Spearmint

WhistlePig Maple Old Fashioned
50ml WhistlePig 10 Year
5ml WhistlePig barrel aged maple syrup (or alternatively 1/2 tsp Demerara sugar)
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish with an orange twist
Glassware: rocks glass
Method: combine the Bitters and maple syrup (or sugar) in the bottom of the glass and stir until combined. Fill your glass with ice, add WhistlePig Whiskey and stir until your desired dilution and ice cold. Top with ice, twist an orange peel over the glass to garnish.
